JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring Inventory Control process compliance.
• Undertake daily Audits based on cycle count program to confirm compliance.
• Subject Matter expert for Inventory and Process Compliance.
• Support / Coordinate / Control the Inventory buckets: Overage / Shortage / QA and Delta’s.
• Creating all RCCA’s which are send to customer.
• Coordinate adjustment in SIMS in line with authorization process.
• Create / support of Inventory reporting on Cycle count performance and relating Root cause analysis, Overage – Shortage trends.
• Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate storage utilization and improve picking efficiency.
• Maintains WMS database.
• Performs physical count of inventory (stock take) and reconciles actual stock count to WMS reports.
• Report and escalate to IT on inventory related matters.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Computer literate & well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Meticulous in handling massive volumes of data.
• Working experience in Logistics field will be an additional advantage.
• Attention to details.
• Able to work under supervision and deal with deadlines.
