JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct Financial Review on regular basis to all entities.
• Review of the detailed ledger for the group of companies to ensure the final journal adjustment has been taken up and transaction and adjustment has been posted timely and correctly.
• Review intercompany balances, reconciliation and ensure intercompany debit notes are issued.
• Providing financial information, analyzing changes and advising management accordingly.
• Assist the CFO in compilation of the audit, taxation schedule and other ad-hoc assignment.
• Liaise with and monitor the payment prepared or processed by Account Payables, receivables and funds received or other related companies are properly accounted for.
• To compile the monthly analysis report, budget and board of director reporting as and when required.
• To ensure full compliance of SOPs, proper internal control and corporate governance.
• To prepare group consolidation, tax planning and restructuring exercises.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accounting Or ACCA Or equivalent.
• Qualified accountant, ie. MIA/CPA/ACCA member.
• At least 4 -5 years related working experience which at least 4 years from medium/big audit firm.
• Consolidation knowledge and experience are required.
• Working experience at Public listed company and Bursa reporting will be added advantage.
