JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate and implement maintenance and working with different parties to support production need and to meet company KPI.
• Resolved identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment to keep downtime to minimum.
• Develop competencies and skills for maintenance team to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Ensure all regulatory standards are followed along with quality, health, safety and environmental.
• Monitor equipment performance key indicators and set goals and drive team to meet expectation.
• Establish indirect spare part inventory system for key equipment.
• Plan budget forecast for department and manageable to control according proper usage and identify cost reduction programs.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• Possess leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years as maintenance engineer.
