JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Generating fresh concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Plan, analyze, track, report on and optimize for marketing campaign effectiveness to understand and improve key customer engagement and acquisition metrics.
• Develop critical metrics (pricing, campaign data) and dashboard to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights and tackle issues.
• Create performance marketing plans; define optimal media mix; manage the performance marketing budget; implement and execute performance marketing campaigns; and report performance marketing results.
• Collaborate with agencies to build performance marketing foundations that can forecast the most efficient allocation of paid marketing spend to scale company growth.
• Identify improvement opportunities in paid channel growth and efficiency.
• Constantly communicate with the team and sales staffs to gain feedbacks and discussion on promotional activities.
• Manage the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimizations, leveraging support of agencies where applicable.
• Involve in opening of new stores and setting up new store opening promotional activities.
• Drive innovative strategies to scale and execute group marketing campaign.
• Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration.
• Identify best practices and develop playbooks to drive a consistent best-in-class experience across all channels.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Advertising/ Media or other equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Equipped with graphic designer skill is an advantage.
• E-commerce background is a plus.
