JOB DESCRIPTION

Development:

• Analyze business requirements together with key users
• Take initiatives to adjust existing applications and communicate these to the users and team
• Create new web applications based on user request
• Create technical documentation on changes
• Train responsible key user on newly implemented functionality

Support:

• Global support on HCL Connections, HCL Verse, HCL Notes and Cisco Webex
• Update user/1st level helpdesk FAQ database in HCL connections
• Train key users on application and collaboration functionality

Others:

• Support of existing web apps
• Create new web applications based on user request
• Global support for collaboration tools
• Proactively communicate with IT Management improvement possibilities / current threats or risks
• Understand business processes and support those via web applications
• Strong focus on automation and digitalization of processes

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Technical Degree or similar
• Minimum 3 years in handling web development
• Experienced in Javascript/HTML (React)
• Experienced in PHP
• Moderate skills on other Scripting Languages (VBA, VBS)
• Experience in developing new tools
• Optional; Basic Knowledge on HCL Application support and HCL server administration
