Inspecting sites for interior design projects regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Renovation (M&E and C&S)
Cabinet (On-site installations)
Wainscoting.
Supervising and instructing the teams as well as subcontractors.
Wiring, plumbing, lighting teams (Renovation)
Installation teams (cabinet & wainscoting)
Plan and monitor on-site progress in accordance with the planning and ensure all renovations and installation work completes in the alloted time, including any defects.
Analyzing drawings to ensure that all projects meet design, safety, budget specifications to avoid any financial loss.
Report all works and progress directly to the operation team on a daily basis and provide a full structured written report for assigned sites.
Evaluating the performance of on-site employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
Carry out other tasks related to the positions and responsibilities in accordance with the instruction of the Company.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor (for experienced candidates).
Willing to learn and work with different teams.
Willing to relocate and travel across Klang Valley as site supervisor requires to stay on-site.
Possess own transport.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment, safety regulations, ability to interpret drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
