JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, distribution, and warehouse management of the company.
• Lead the implementation process of the Automated Storage & Retrieval system.
• Monitor and improve stock accuracy, space utilization and warehouse efficiency by constant review and reflecting on SOP and operational processes to avoid overflow storage and additional costs.
• Responsible for the coordination and communication with other departments to ensure a smooth operation.
• Establish, follow, and enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance to a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse workforce.
• Prepare required reports on time and keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Any other responsibilities delegated by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Warehouse, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in logistics, inventory, material, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Proficient in standard logistics software and/or warehouse management system.
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Environmental factors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Possess driving license and able to travel when needed.
• Possess numeracy and an understanding of finance for stock management.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday and based in Kinrara Industrial Park.
