JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handling full set accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in group consolidation (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) financial and ratio analysis and commentary including review subsidiaries reporting.
• Prepare management accounts for subsidiaries under the Group.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries to ensure all matters relating to audit, tax, banking, and statutory requirements comply.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial statements, payments and cash-flow management reporting in a timely manner.
• Assist in the past and present performance of the group against last year, budget, normalized budget, and rolling forecast.
• Perform all other accounts and finance-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accounting/Partial ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 3-5 years working experience preferably in management accounting/reporting.
• A fast learner, result-driven person, and can work independently with minimum supervision.
