Ensure effective execution of training for new employee on boarding system to enhance new employee experience and enhance skills.
Knowledgeable in IR/Labour act.
Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource management.
To be responsible for all human resource activities covering recruitment, employment, payroll, appraisal, compensation & benefit, labour relations, training & development, performance review and safety & health.
To develop, review and maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence and compliance with relevant policies & guidelines.
To Assist in shaping company Culture and Values and nurture a positive working environment.
To directly conduct or assist in conducting job interviews, review applications or resumes and evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations where necessary for both Malaysian and Foreign Employees.
To be responsible for Industrial Relations on behalf of the company, including counselling, grievances, managing staff misconduct & disciplinary cases, conducting domestic inquiries and advising the management best practices in compliance with relevant laws related to Human Resource.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent negotiation, problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills.
Candidate needs to be meticulous, organised, independent, cooperative and have patience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
