JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate possess Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Successful previous experience as a Business Development Lead.
- At least 3 years working experience, preferably in a start-up background.
- An ability to demonstrate a hustle beyond the traditional job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great in negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
- Able to work independently.
- Data driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. (Extra language does add value)
- Cultural fit: Fast learner, can-do attitude, willingness to learn.

- Prefer if candidate has a start up exposure previously.
- We are also open to groom a Assistant Manager who has a min of 6 months experience in the role.
