JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate possess Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Successful previous experience as a Business Development Lead.
• At least 3 years working experience, preferably in a start-up background.
• An ability to demonstrate a hustle beyond the traditional job.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Great in negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
• Able to work independently.
• Data driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. (Extra language does add value)
• Cultural fit: Fast learner, can-do attitude, willingness to learn.
• Data Driven.
• Analytical.
• Prefer if candidate has a start up exposure previously.
• We are also open to groom a Assistant Manager who has a min of 6 months experience in the role.
