Payroll Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for input data from time sheets.
  • Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing and faxing.
  • To assist the payroll team in running the payroll for temporary staff and to ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with defined criteria.
  • To ensure that all service level agreements are maintained or exceeded to ensure a consistently high level of service to both internal and external clients.
  • To update payroll records as appropriate.
  • To ensure all relevant filing of documents in both an orderly and timely manner.
  • Other assignments related to admin activities.
  • Perform other related duties incidental other than works described above.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, or any related discipline.
  • Good written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good working knowledge in computer software (M/S Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of payroll processing reporting.
  • Knowledge of mathematical calculations and book keeping procedures.
  • Possess excellent organizational competency to handle multi-tasks and have the distinct to work independently and resourceful. 7
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with all levels in the organization.
  • Aptitude to be innovative, analytical, and creative in problem solving.
  • Pleasant personality and open to new ideas and suggestion.
