Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing and faxing.
To assist the payroll team in running the payroll for temporary staff and to ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with defined criteria.
To ensure that all service level agreements are maintained or exceeded to ensure a consistently high level of service to both internal and external clients.
To update payroll records as appropriate.
To ensure all relevant filing of documents in both an orderly and timely manner.
Other assignments related to admin activities.
Perform other related duties incidental other than works described above.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Possess at least Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, or any related discipline.
Good written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good working knowledge in computer software (M/S Words/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
Knowledge of payroll processing reporting.
Knowledge of mathematical calculations and book keeping procedures.
Possess excellent organizational competency to handle multi-tasks and have the distinct to work independently and resourceful. 7
Good interpersonal communication skills with all levels in the organization.
Aptitude to be innovative, analytical, and creative in problem solving.
Pleasant personality and open to new ideas and suggestion.
