Customer Support Technical

  • Act as a contact between the customer and internal team for all support activities.
  • Provide first level technical support and advice to existing customers for our products on functionalities and features.
  • Assist in product quality assurance.
  • Assist in preparation the documentation of our products (user guide or user manual) for customer (if any)
  • Register and monitor requests/issues reported in customer support portal.
  • Work closely on requests/issues raised to ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Produce monthly performance reporting (if required)
  • May need to liaise with vendors and external parties on support matters.
  • Able to lead and mentor team members.
  • Role requires: Weekly rotation 24/7 standby support. Allowance will be provided on weekly rotation.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT/Computer or Logistics/Transportation.
  • Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Required Skill(s): Written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably personnel specialized in IT/Computer - Software or Logistics field or equivalent.
  • Mature and pleasant personality, Team player.
  • Able to interact with different levels of people well.
  • Good follow-up skills, accountable and integrity.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, be self-driven and committed.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work on shift (if required).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills, good collaboration skills and attitudes.
  • Positive thinking and able to work under pressure.
