Assist in driving, planning and executing marketing campaigns to achieve measurable resultson consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, digital, events and promotions.
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Assist in planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
Support and manage effective and integrated 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignmentwith stakeholders from different departments – Sales, Finance, Logistics and HODs.
Conduct analysis of market and competitive trends.
Work closely with external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
Support in managing the PR issues on all offline and online platform (customer’s feedbackand comments)
Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Maintain and update customer databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system (when O2O is launched)
Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Support Operations using Local Store Marketing.
Able to travel & regular stores visits to ensure correct & consistent marketing communicationsas well as distinctive display of marketing materials.
Actively engage and coordinate with mall’s Marcom team for media space as well as exposure via social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Website etc.) and ensure that up-to-date information is uploaded.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of marketing experience with exposure elements of F&B.
Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactics and actionable plans.
Basic digital marketing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
Ability to communicate and work with a variety of stakeholders.
Flexible and creative with an attention to detail.
Result oriented with positive attitude.
