JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee and manage the efficient and smooth operations of the logistic department.
• Oversee, control and monitor the stock movements of raw materials to finished goods to ensure proper flow and accuracy of the stocks.
• Oversee, control and monitor the whole process of finished goods receiving and issuing activities as well as the loading and transport arrangements to meet internal and external requirements.
• Monitor and control the whole import and export activities including documentation application and liaise with forwarding and shipping agent for quotation, schedule and other related arrangement.
• Control and monitor quantity and quality of goods in storage.
• Providing support to internal and external customer when necessary.
• Co-ordinate inventory cycle count.
• Other tasks as assigned by head of department as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or equivalent.
• Resourceful and work independently with minimal supervision.
• An experience in automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Applicants must willing to work at Bukit Raja.

• Able to drive folklift.
