JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with single board computers and microcontrollers such as OrangePi's and Arduino's.
• Improve, maintain and develop software including AI component.
• Integrate machine learning/AI code into software.
• Research and develop machine learning techniques.
• Cooperate with contractors to develop/improve software.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Experience with programming in Python required (University level is sufficient)
• Experience in C, C++ and Bash scripting would help.
• Knowledge in networking, single board computers, microcontrollers, machine learning and image processing is a plus point.
• Knowledge in software architecture development, object oriented programming for both cloud and embedded devices is a plus point.
• Interested and is willing to learn machine learning.
• Critical thinking (capable of improving software functions through identifying core issues in a rational and critical manner) 
• Disciplined self directed learner.
• Organised.
• Capable of effective documentation.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills (able to liaise with colleagues within and 3rd party contractors to implement technical designs)
• Embraces concept of continuous improvement.
• Sunday - Thursday (Friday & Saturday off), 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break in between.
• Candidate needs to be vaccinated with at least 2 doses of vaccine.
